木醋液对元宝枫幼苗生长发育的影响

Effects of Wood Vinegar on the Growth and Development of Acer truncatum Seedlings

摘要:

研究木醋液对元宝枫生长发育的影响,旨在确定适宜元宝枫萌发及幼苗生长的木醋液土施浓度,为元宝枫的高效栽培提供参考信息。在光照培养箱中培育元宝枫,通过土施稀释200、400、600、800倍的木醋液,以超纯水为对照,记录种子萌发及幼苗生长发育情况。试验结果表明,木醋液稀释800倍时对元宝枫的发芽率、幼苗鲜重、幼苗干重、叶片中叶绿素总含量、POD活力、CAT活力的促进作用最为显著,与对照组相比,分别相对提高19.0%、46.6%、47.7%、9.7%、33.8%、51.9%,株高增加11.1%(不及木醋液稀释200倍条件下的41.5%),叶片中MDA含量与对照组持平,但SOD活力大幅下降46.8%。试验确认了土施木醋液对元宝枫种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的促进作用,木醋液经适当稀释后对种子萌发、幼苗生长及其抗逆性提高均有利。

Abstract:

This study aims to elucidate the effect of wood vinegar on the growth and development of Acer truncatum seedlings, to determine the optimum concentration of wood vinegar for soil application and provide reference information for the efficient cultivation of A. truncatum. A. truncatum seedlings were cultivated in a light incubator, with wood vinegar diluted by water at 200, 400, 600, or 800 times being applied to the soil. Ultrapure water was applied for the control group. Seed germination and seedling growth were carefully recorded. The results showed that when wood vinegar was diluted 800 times, it had the most significant effects on the germination rate, fresh weight of seedlings, dry weight of seedlings, total chlorophyll content in leaves, POD activity, and CAT activity, giving a relative increase of 19.0%, 46.6%, 47.7%, 9.7%, 33.8%, 51.9%, respectively. The plant height was increased by 11.1% (41.5% under the condition of 200-fold dilution of wood vinegar). The MDA content in the leaves was very similar to the control group, but the SOD vitality dropped significantly by 46.8%. This study confirms that soil application of wood vinegar promotes seed germination and seedling growth of A. truncatum. After being properly diluted the wood vinegar is beneficial to seed germination, seedling growth and stress resistance.
