主成分分析法在核桃选优中的应用

摘要:

为进一步探讨核桃选优数量化方法,采用主成分分析法对复选的8株早实核桃优树树体性状(树龄、树高、胸径、分枝高、冠幅)和果实性状(产量、青果重、坚果重、坚果壳厚度、坚果三径平均值、缝合线高、脂肪酸含量、总糖含量、蛋白质含量)进行综合分析,确定用代表优树性状90.2%综合信息的4个重要主成分反映优树性状,列出了4个重要主成分的函数式,并计算出了4个重要主成分值。通过主成分值对供试优树进行综合评选得到的优良单株与实际表现型相近,证明了主成分分析法在核桃优树综合选择中的应用价值。

Abstract:

To further explore quantitative methods of walnut optimal selection, the paper used principal components analysis to check tree body characteristics (tree age, tree height, diameter at breast height, first branch height, crown width, fruit yield) and fruit characteristics (green walnut weight, kernel weight, kernel shell thickness, three average diameter of kernel, shell seal height, fatty acid content, total sugar content, protein content) of the 8 reselected precocious excellent walnut strains, identified 4 important principal component including 90.2% comprehensive characteristics information of the tree, and listed the 4 important principal component function type, calculated the four important principal component values. The excellent strains comprehensively selected by the four important principal component values were similar to practical phenotype. It proofed that the principal component analysis method of comprehensive selection in walnut quality saplings had applications.
