不同杀虫剂对水稻稻纵卷叶螟的田间防治效果评价

Effect of Different Insecticides on Field Control of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis: An Evaluation

摘要:

为延缓稻纵卷叶螟抗药性产生,验证新型药剂方案对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果,以期为稻纵卷叶螟的科学防治提供参考依据。采用常规喷雾法进行田间药效试验,设置2个不同处理:24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂750 g/hm2和24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂450 g/hm2+150 g/L茚虫威悬浮剂300 g/hm2,对照处理为8%虫螨腈2100 g/hm2和清水对照(CK),测定24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂、150 g/L茚虫威悬浮剂组合用药在不同田间区域和不同品系水稻上稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果。结果表明:各组合药剂处理对稻纵卷叶螟均有较高的防效,其中宁波试验中,24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂750 g/hm2与24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂450 g/hm2+150 g/L茚虫威悬浮剂300 g/hm2对早稻/单季稻制种田稻纵卷叶螟3天后防效均在85%以上,7天后防效均在90%以上,14天后2个处理的保叶率均在90%以上;温州试验中,24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂750 g/hm2与24%虫螨腈·虱螨脲悬浮剂450 g/hm2+150g/L茚虫威悬浮剂300 g/hm2对单季稻防效与宁波试验一致,药后3天防效在85%以上,药后7天防效均在93%以上,14天后2个处理的保叶率同样在90%以上。各处理防效以及保叶率均优于对照处理。2种药剂组合方案对稻纵卷叶螟均有着很好的防治效果,不仅表现出优异的速效性,也表现出了较长的持效期。

Abstract:

The study aims to delay the resistance of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis to insecticides, and verify the control effect of the new insecticide scheme on Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, thus providing reference for the scientific control. Two treatments were set up: chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 750 g/hm2, and chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 450 g/hm2+ indoxacarb 150g /L SC 300 g/hm2. Chlorfenapyr·8% 2100 g/hm2 and water (CK) were the control treatments. The field control effect was determined in different fields and on different rice strains. The results showed that each combination treatment had a high control effect on Cnaphalocrocis medinalis. In the Ningbo experiment, the control effect on Cnaphalocrocis medinalis was over 85% three days after the application of chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 750 g/hm2 and chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 450 g/hm2+ indoxacarb 150g /L SC 300 g/hm2 in early rice or single-cropping rice fields, and the control effect was over 90% after 7 days. After 14 days, the leaf retention rates of the two treatments were both over 90%. In the Wenzhou experiment, the control effect of chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 750 g/hm2 and chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC 450 g/hm2+ indoxacarb 150 g/L SC 300g/hm2 on single-cropping rice was over 85%, which was consistent with that of the Ningbo experiment, and the control effect after 7 days was over 93%, and after 14 days, the leaf retention rates of the two treatments were also over 90%. The control effect and leaf retention rate of each treatment were better than those of CK. The experiment showed that chlorfenapyr·lufenuron 24% SC and indoxacarb 150 g/L SC were high-effective and fast-acting, and had long-lasting control effect on Cnaphalocrocis medinalis.
