莫海威芽孢杆菌对梨腐烂病的抑菌防病效果

Antifungal and Control Effect of Bacillus mojavensis on Pear Valsa Canker

摘要:

旨在探讨莫海威芽孢杆菌对梨腐烂病菌的抑菌作用及抗菌机理,为梨树腐烂病的生物防治提供依据。采用平板对峙、生防机制初探和离体枝条法研究莫海威芽孢杆菌对梨腐烂病的抑菌防病效果。结果表明:莫海威芽孢杆菌可明显抑制梨腐烂病菌的生长,菌丝生长抑制率达到68%。莫海威芽孢杆菌可以产生蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和嗜铁素;其无菌发酵滤液可抑制梨腐烂病菌丝生长;其挥发性物质对菌丝抑制率为22.6%。莫海威芽孢杆菌保护性防效为41.7%,治疗性防效为44.6%。莫海威芽孢杆菌对梨腐烂病菌具有明显的抑制作用,对梨腐烂病具有一定的生防潜力。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to explore the antifungal effect and mechanism of Bacillus mojavensis on Valsa ceratosperma, and to provide a basis for biological control of pear valsa canker. The control effect of Bacillus mojavensis on pear valsa canker was studied using plate confrontation, preliminary study on biological control mechanism, and in vitro branch methods. The results showed that Bacillus mojavensis significantly inhibited the growth of V. ceratosperma, and the inhibition rate of hypha reached 68%. Bacillus mojavensis produced protease, amylase, cellulase and siderophore, and its sterile fermentation filtrate could inhibit the growth of V. ceratosperma hypha, while its volatile substances could inhibit the growth of hypha with a rate of 22.6%. The protective control efficacy of Bacillus mojavensis was 41.7%, and the therapeutic control efficacy was 44.6%. Bacillus mojavensis has obvious inhibitory effect on V. ceratosperma, and it has certain biocontrol potential on pear valsa canker.
