Explore on Best Digestion Conditions of the United Digestive Solution in Soil

摘要:

针对目前检测土壤中重金属元素消解过程繁琐且不能统一制备消解液的问题,采用硝酸、硝酸-氢氟酸和硝酸-氢氟酸-双氧水3种体系分别对国家土壤标准样品GSS-3和GSS-9进行微波消解,优化其消解方法及消解条件。结果表明:方法4-HNO3(5)-HF(2)不仅耗酸量少且消解完全,所检测的8种重金属元素均在标示值范围以内;而赶酸温度从140~170℃,土样消解中8种重金属元素的测定值均在标示值范围内,但当温度升为180℃时,Hg的测定值低于标示值的1/2。因此,最佳的赶酸温度选为170℃,不仅赶酸时间短,而且各重金属元素的测定值均在标示值范围内。为了进一步验证了此方法的可靠性,测定其精密度和准确度表明:本方法完成了同时消解土壤样品中铜、锌、镍、镉、铬、铅、汞、砷等8种重金属元素,测定值均在标示值的范围内,批间相对标准偏差均小于7%。因此该方法不仅可以同时消解和测定8种重金属元素,而且适用于大批土壤样品的测定,具有操作简便、快速、准确、干扰少等优点,大大提高工作效率。

Abstract:

Detect the current heavy metals in soil digestion process cumbersome and can not be unified Preparation digestion fluid problem, the study used nitric acid, nitric acid - hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid - hydrofluoric acid - hydrogen peroxide system separately for the three National soil standard samples GSS-3 and GSS-9 for microwave digestion, and optimize the digestion method and digestion conditions. We explored the HNO3(5)-HF(2) Preparation for the unification of digestion fluid ideal soil samples digestion condition, the best time for acid temperature was 170℃. This method could simultaneously digestion and determination of eight heavy metal elements, applicable to the determination of a large number of soil samples with a simple, rapid, accurate, less interference, etc., greatly enhance the work efficiency.
