摘要:

日粮中添加不同油脂,能够调控反刍动物乳腺脂肪关键合成酶的基因表达。文章综述了油脂对反刍动物乳脂肪含量和脂肪酸成分的影响,特别是对脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACACA)、脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)和硬脂酰CoA去饱和酶(SCD)基因的表达调控,此外还介绍了固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBP)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)等调控因子的作用机制。

Abstract:

The effect of nutrition on ruminant milk fat yield and composition has largely been investigated in cows and goats,but the mechanism involving was largely unknown. This article reviews the present knowledge on the main lipogenic genes (LPL,ACACA,FASN and SCD), especially those of fat supplementation, on ruminant mammary lipogenic gene expression,together with milk fat content and FA composition. In addition, the molecular mechanisms underlying these regulations of SRBP and PPAR was present in detail.
