摘要:

为了增强对ROS功能的认识,增加对ROS在橡胶树死皮病中的作用以及对橡胶树高产分子机制的了解,本研究归纳了ROS产生和清除途径、影响其代谢的因子、ROS在植物中的功能以及ROS检测方法等,着重分析了橡胶树乳管细胞中的ROS产生和清除体系,指出线粒体也是乳管细胞中产生ROS的重要细胞器,并在最后做出展望。

Abstract:

This article will give reader an overview of ROS, especially it widen the understanding of the role of ROS on tapping panel dryness and the molecular mechanism of high yielding. Here we reviewed that how ROS were produced and scavenged, which factors could affect its metabolism, its dual function and available methods to detect ROS. Emphases are also put on ROS of laticifers in hevea brasiliensis. After summarization what occurs in laticifers, the possible way to yield or remove of ROS in it and then mitochondria are pointed out to be another main organelle to generate ROS. At last, the prospect was provided.
