养殖用地集约利用评价研究——以重庆巫山县祖代种猪场为例

摘要： 为了构建养殖用地集约利用评价模型，寻求逐步改变其粗放利用现状的途径，促进低效用地挖潜，提高养殖用地管理水平，实现巫山县养殖用地的健康可持续利用。采用资料分析法、层次分析法、多因素综合评价法进行数据分析。结果表明，该种猪场养殖用地土地集约利用综合指数为78.66，已经达到了中度集约水平，但是用地结构不尽合理，容积率偏低，生产设施用地率与理想值间尚有一定的差距，仍存在闲置土地，污水粪便处理率有待提高。根据研究结果，笔者提出了有助于提高养殖用地利用集约水平的政策建议：内部用地调整优化、加大土地投入、整理闲置土地和建立养殖用地监管制度。

Abstract: In order to develop a evaluating model about intensive land use for pig-farm land, and find the ways to alleviate contradictions such as lacking of construction land quota. The methods of documentation and mathematical model were employed in this paper. The results indicated that: it had reached the level of intensive land use but the land-structure was unreasonable. Volume rate was low and there were still some idle land. Then it was concluded four measures about how to improve the intensive level of land use.
