Investigation and Studying on Nutrition Composition of Two Species of Vaccinium L. in Yunnan

摘要: 促进云南越桔和乌鸦果资源的开发利用,对其进行资源系统调查和营养成分比较分析。结果表明,云南越桔和乌鸦果在滇西北分布最广,最为集中,云南越桔的矿质元素、总糖、可溶性固型物、总酸和粗纤维明显高于乌鸦果,乌鸦果的维生素C含量高于云南越桔,两者的蛋白质含量及14种氨基酸的含量相当。其果实营养成分比越桔栽培品种含量更高、更全面。

Abstract: In order to promote development and application of Vaccinium duclouxii and V. fragile in Yunnan, the paper investigated the resource and analyzed the nutrition composition of these two species of Vaccinium L. The results showed that its distribution was most extensive, especially in northwest of Yunnan. The mine element, total sugar, soluble solids, total acid and coarse fibrous of V. duclouxii were obviously higher than V. fragile. Vitamin C of V. fragile was higher than V. duclouxii. The content of protein and amino acid of them was the same. The nutritional composition of two species of Vaccinium L. was even higher and more comprehensive than V. ashei Reade. The value use was assessed.
