氟环唑在贵州土壤中淋溶特性研究

Leaching Characteristic of Epoxiconazole in Soil in Guizhou

摘要: 为了研究氟环唑在贵州黄壤、水稻土和石灰土中的淋溶特性,为该药的环境风险提供数据支持。采用薄层层析法,测定氟环唑在贵州3 种不同土壤中的淋溶特性,评价氟环唑的迁移能力及其风险性。结果表明,氟环唑在3 种土壤薄层板中主要分布在0~3 cm土壤层中,比移值Rf均为0.08。氟环唑在贵州黄壤、水稻土和石灰土中的移动能力均为不移动。在正常条件下,很难通过淋溶作用进入地下水而造成地下水污染,反而比较容易通过吸附作用吸附在土壤中,对土壤环境可能存在一定的风险性。

Abstract: The research was focused on the leaching of epoxiconazole in yellow soil, paddy soil and lime soil in Guizhou, aimed to provide data support for environmental risk of epoxiconazole. The thin layer chromatography method was used to study the leaching of epoxiconazole in 3 different soils in Guizhou, to evaluate the mobility and carry out risk assessment. The results showed that the moving distances of epoxiconazole in 3 different soils in Guizhou all were in the range of 0-3 cm, and their Rf value were 0.08. Epoxiconazole was not easily mobile in yellow soil, paddy soil and lime soil in Guizhou, and difficult to cause groundwater contamination through leaching into groundwater. But epoxiconazole was relatively easy to be absorbed in the soil and might result in certain risks to the soil environment.
