苏禽绿壳蛋鸡部分性状间的典型相关分析

Canonical Correlation Analysis among Some Traits of Suqin Green-eggshell Layer

摘要: 为研究苏禽绿壳蛋鸡开产性状、全期产蛋性状与体尺性状之间的关系,选取具有全期产蛋记录的30只苏禽绿壳蛋鸡的3组性状的13个变量进行典型相关分析。结果表明:苏禽绿壳蛋鸡的开产性状与全期产蛋性状的第1个和第2个典型相关系数为0.849、0.716,均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),分别占两组性状间总相关信息的70.5%、28.6%;开产性状和体尺性状间的第1个和第2个典型相关系数也达到了极显著和显著性水平(P<0.01,P<0.05),相关系数分别为0.821、0.749,分别占两组性状间总相关信息的59.3%、36.6%;全期产蛋性状和体尺性状的第1个典型相关系数达到显著性水平(P<0.05),相关系数为0.861,占两组性状间总相关信息的77.5%。苏禽绿壳蛋鸡3组性状中其主要作用的性状有:开产日龄、开产体重、达平均蛋重时体重、平均蛋重、体斜长和龙骨长,3组性状中全期产蛋性状与开产性状间的相关性最高。

Abstract: In order to study the relationship between first laying traits, laying traits in the whole period of laying and body measurement traits of Suqin Green-eggshell layers, we selected 13 variables in 3 traits of 30 Suqin Green-eggshell layers which had the laying record in the whole period to conduct canonical correlation analysis. As the results showed that: the 1st and 2nd canonical correlation coefficients between first laying traits and the whole period laying traits of Suqin Green-eggshell layers were 0.849(P<0.01) and 0.716(P<0.01),accounting for 70.5% and 28.6% of the total correlation, respectively. The 1st and 2nd canonical correlation coefficients of first laying traits and body measurement traits were 0.821(P<0.01) and 0.749(P<0.05), accounting for 59.3% and 36.6% of the total correlation, respectively. The 1st canonical correlation coefficient of the whole period laying traits and body measurement was 0.861(P<0.05), accounting for 77.5% of the total correlation. The analysis indicated that main traits of the canonical correlation coefficients in 3 traits were the first egg age, body weight at first egg, body weight at period when the egg weight reached average egg weight, average egg weight, body slanting length and keel length, the whole period laying traits and first laying traits had the highest correlation in 3 traits.
