云南省设施土壤过氧化氢酶活性变化趋势研究

Research on Trend of Greenhouse Soil Hydrogen Peroxidase Activities in Yunnan Province

摘要: 为探讨设施土壤过氧化氢酶活性变化特征,笔者对云南省6个片区的设施栽培土壤过氧化氢酶活性进行了分析测定,结果表明:0~20cm设施土壤中过氧化氢酶活性变化范围为0.216~2.301mL/g,平均值为1.526mL/g,20~40cm土壤中过氧化氢酶活性变化范围为0.499~2.469mL/g,平均值为1.725mL/g,都低于露地土壤1.939、1.902mL/g;土壤过氧化氢酶活性随棚龄的变化表现为增—降—增,且2层(0~20、20~40cm)的变化情况一致;相关分析表明,土壤pH、全氮与过氧化氢酶活性呈极显著正相关。试验表明设施土壤过氧化氢酶活性与设施栽培年限,土层深度,以及土壤理化性状具有密切联系,可通过该酶活性反映土壤质量状况。

Abstract: In order to investigate the variation characteristics of hydrogen peroxidase activity in greenhouse soil, the author analyzed hydrogen peroxidase activity in greenhouse soil in 6 districts in Yunnan Province. The results showed that the variation range of hydrogen peroxidase activity in 0-20 cm soil layer was 0.216-2.301 mL/g, with the average of 1.526 mL/g, the variation range of soil hydrogen peroxidase activity in 20-40 cm soil layer was 0.499-2.469 mL/g, with the average of 1.725 mL/g, which were 1.939 and 1.902 mL/g lower than that of the open soil, respectively. The variation rend of soil hydrogen peroxidase activity was increase – decrease - increase with the increase of greenhouse life, and 0-20 cm soil layer and 20-40 cm soil layer had the same variation trend. The soil hydrogen peroxidase activity had a significantly positive correlation with soil pH and total nitrogen. Experiment showed that the soil hydrogen peroxidase activity was related to greenhouse life, soil depth and soil physical and chemical properties, and soil hydrogen peroxidase activity could reflect soil quality.
