辽宁省水田MODIS植被指数序列构建

Time Series Construction of MODIS-NDVI on Paddy-Field in Liaoning Province

摘要: 为了重构MODIS-NDVI数据,使得MODIS-NDVI资料得到有效延长为植被与气候变化关系研究提供最有效的基础数据,利用2005—2009年5月—9月的MODIS-NDVI和AVHRR-NDVI资料,通过对NDVI时序的预处理,采取分区评价的方法研究二者之间的拟合关系,根据AVHRR-NDVI资料,重构1999—2009年MODIS-NDVI的长时间序列。结果表明:MODIS-NDVI与AVHRR-NDVI之间有显著的线性关系,相关系数为0.830~0.917,各区域拟合效果依次为辽中、辽北、辽南、辽东地区;长时间序列的植被指数对气候变化及气象灾害有明显的响应特征,2001年是继1999年和2000年连续大旱之后的又一个特大旱灾年,干旱造成了水田水分补给不及时,导致1999—2001年NDVI与其他年份相比普遍较低,2001年尤为严重。

Abstract: In order to reconstruct the MODIS- NDVI data, effectively extend the MODIS- NDVI data and provide the most effective basic data for the study of the relationship between vegetation and climate, the author used MODIS-NDVI and AVHRR-NDVI material in May to September from 2005 to 2009, through the pretreatment of NDVI succession, adopted the district appraisal to study the fitting relations between MODISNDVI and AVHRR-NDVI. According to the AVHRR-NDVI material, the author restructured the long time series of MODIS-NDVI from 1999 to 2009. The results indicated: MODIS-NDVI and AVHRR-NDVI had an extremely remarkable linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.830-0.917 (n=52), the order of the correlation coefficient from high to low was central Liaoning, northern Liaoning, southern Liaoning, eastern Liaoning; long time series of vegetation index had response characteristics clearly to climate change and meteorological disasters, 2001 was another drought year after 1999 and 2000, the drought caused not in time water supply in the paddy field, so compared with that of other years, NDVI from 1999 to 2001 was generally lower, especially in 2001.
