亳州地区凤丹根腐病病原鉴定

Identification of Root Rot Pathogen Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang in Bozhou

摘要: 为明确安徽亳州地区凤丹根腐病病原菌种类,观测了凤丹根腐病症状,通过对其病原菌分离纯化培养,依据病原菌形态特征、致病性、rDNA-ITS序列分析,鉴定病原菌种类。分离得到1种纯化菌株,其形态学特征与已报道的茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)一致。在健康凤丹根部接种该分离培养的病原菌,引起的病害症状与田间症状相似。在GenBank进行同源性BLAST比较,该病原菌rDNA-ITS序列与4个已登录的茄病镰刀菌聚为一类,登录号为HQ176440.1、EU327190.1、HQ839783.1、JX524023.1。结果表明导致亳州栽培凤丹根腐病的病原菌为茄病镰刀菌。

Abstract: The aim was to identify the pathogen species of root rot on Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang in Bozhou City, Anhui Province. The symptoms of root rot on Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang were observed and the pathogen was isolated, purified and cultured. Identification of the pathogen species was done according to the morphological characteristics, pathogenicity and rDNA-ITS sequence. One kind of purified strain was obtained, which was similar to the reported Fusarium solani. The symptoms of the healthy Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang root induced by inoculation with the pathogen isolate were like the symptoms in the field. Homology BLAST comparison was conducted in GenBank, the rDNA-ITS sequences were clustered into one group with four login Fusarium solani and the login ID was HQ176440.1, EU327190.1, HQ839783.1, JX524023.1, respectively. The results demonstrated that root rot on Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang was caused by Fusarium solani.
