高通量测序技术在乳制品微生物多样性中的研究进展

摘要: 高通量测序技术,以能一次并行对几十万到几百万条DNA分子进行序列测定为标志,目前已广泛应用于各个领域。为了阐明高通量测序技术在乳制品微生物多样性研究中的应用前景,本文归纳介绍了Solexa、454、SOLID和Ion Torrent等常用高通量测序技术的原理和优点,综述了近年来高通量测序技术在乳制品微生物物种多样性的研究进展,指出了高通量测序结果中处理海量数据难的问题,并分析展望了高通量测序技术在乳制品微生物多样性中的发展趋势。

Abstract: High-throughput sequencing technology is able to detect a parallel of DNA molecule sequence from ten hundreds to millions as a symbol. Currently, it has been widely applied in various fields. In order to illuminate the application prospects of high-throughput sequencing technology in dairy product microbial diversity research, this article gave a summarization and introduction of principles and advantages of common high-throughput sequencing technology, including Solexa, 454, SOLID, and Ion Torrent. We reviewed the advances in high-throughput sequencing techniques’ application in the latest research of dairy product microbial species diversity, and pointed out the difficulties in processing huge data by high-throughput sequencing technology. In the end, we analyzed and forecasted the development tendency of high-throughput sequencing technology in dairy product microbial diversity.
