红甜菜品种指纹图谱的构建

Red Beet Variety: Construction of Fingerprint

摘要: 为了更好地保护育种家以及红甜菜种植者的利益,达到快速鉴定红甜菜品种的目的。笔者利用SSR引物构建了12 个红甜菜品种的指纹图谱。结果表明,只需要BVV21、SSD77 和SSD6 这3 对SSR的引物组合就可以实现对12 个红甜菜品种的鉴别,其中BVV21 一种引物就可以单独鉴别‘紫菜头’、‘甜研红1号’和‘880274’这3个红甜菜品种。

Abstract: Red beet is a kind of cultivated sugar beet. Because of the function of nutrition and health care and the extensive use in the treatment of cancer, hypertension, high blood lipid and fatigue as well as in food coloring, red beet has received more and more attention. At present, the domestic cultivated red sugar beet is gradually increasing in number. In order to better protect the interests of the breeders as well as red beet growers and for the purpose of rapid identification of red beet variety, the SSR primer was used to construct the fingerprints of 12 varieties of red beet. The results showed that the combination of the three pairs of SSR primers including BVV21, SSD77 and SSD6 can simply realize the identification of 12 varieties of red beet, of which BVV21 can separately identify 3 varieties of red beet including beetroot, Tianyan red No. 1 andS880274.S
