摘要:

邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic acid esters, PAEs)是地表水环境普遍检出的一类典型环境内分泌干扰物。微生物降解被认为是去除环境介质中PAEs的主要途径,根际微生物是PAEs降解的“主力军”。本研究系统探讨了地表水环境PAEs的污染状况、生物降解途径、典型草本植物根际降解特性,以期为人工湿地草本植物净化地表水环境PAEs污染提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are typical endocrine disrupting compounds commonly detected in surface water environment. Microbial degradation is considered to be the best way to remove PAEs from the environment, and rhizosphere microorganisms are the ‘main force’ of PAEs degradation. In this study, we discussed the pollution status of PAEs in surface water environment, PAEs biodegradation pathway and rhizosphere degradation characteristics and mechanism of typical herbaceous plants, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the purification of PAEs pollution in surface water environment by herbaceous plants in constructed wetlands.
