摘要: 通过对中国水产科学研究院2006—2015年获国家级和省部级科技成果的统计分析,研究“十一五”、“十二五”期间科技成果的变化趋势,分析影响成果产出的关键因素,提出加强基础研究提升原始创新能力、围绕产业需求夯实关键技术、搞好学科建设促进融合发展、加强过程管理提升成果培育质量、完善激励机制促进重大成果产出的系统化成果培育方式方法,旨在为下一步科研工作良性发展提供参考,为同类科研单位提供借鉴,促进多出重大成果。

Abstract: Based on the statistics of national and provincial scientific and technological award won during 2006-2015 in CAFS, a contrastive analysis was conducted to illustrate the change and trend during the years and the main experiences and practices were summarized. Key factors that would have an impact on the achievements were also analyzed and suggestions were put forward, in order to provide reference for future cultivation practices, which included strengthening basic research to enhance the ability of original innovation, reinforcement of the key technologies in accordance with the needs of industry, promoting discipline fusion and development, strengthening process management to enhance quality and foster achievement, and improving the incentive mechanism.
