云南黄精属植物资源及其药理作用的调查研究

Investigation Study of Polygonatum Resource and Pharmacological Action in Yunnan

摘要: 通过对云南境内黄精属植物资源及其药理作用的调查,澄清云南黄精属药材用药的现状,为研究和开发利用黄精植物提供依据。结合全国第四次中药资源普查、野外实地考察、资料整理等方法,以确定云南黄精属植物资源种类、植物学特征、生境分布、药用部位、化学成分、药理作用及开发应用等信息,分析其使用价值。云南省黄精属植物初步统计有12种,其中野生11种、外来引种1种,有药效记载的只有9种;滇黄精和卷叶黄精地域性分布范围广,而节根黄精和格脉黄精的地域性很强,分布集中;已大量开发利用并在市场上流通的滇黄精、黄精和康定玉竹仅占总量的25%,其它为滇黄精的代用品。云南省黄精属植物资源丰富,具有巨大的开发利用潜力,但是栽培种很少,需要注意在资源保护的基础上实现可持续利用。

Abstract: The paper aims to introduce Polygonatum use in traditional Chinese medicine and provide references for its research and development by investigating the resources and the pharmacological effects in Yunnan Province. The authors determined Polygonatum species, botanical characters, habitat distribution, medicinal parts, chemical composition, pharmacological action, and development & application based on the Fourth National Chinese Medicine Resources Survey, field investigations and organization of data. Yunnan has 12 Polygonatum species, including 11 wild species and 1 introduced species, and 9 species are reported effective in medicinal purposes. P. kingianum and P. cirrhifolium grow in a wide range of habitats while P. nodosum and P. tessellatum just grow in specific areas. P. kingianum, P. sibiricum and P. gracile have been fully developed and applied to local market, but they only occupy 25%; the rest are all substitute articles. Polygonatum resources are abundant in Yunnan, and show a huge potential of development and utilization, but they are rarely cultivated, therefore, the resource conservation should be highlighted for the sustainable development.
