细子龙扦插技术研究

Exogenous Hormone Treatments Affect the Rooting Rate of Amesiodendron chinense

摘要: 为研究不同因素对细子龙扦插的影响,找到适合细子龙扦插生根的方法,提高生根率,以细子龙成年母株当年生枝条为试验材料,分别探讨激素种类、激素浓度和浸泡时间3个因子对细子龙扦插生根率和愈伤率的影响。结果表明:激素种类、激素浓度和浸泡时间3个因子对细子龙扦插生根率和愈伤率的影响显著(P<0.05);影响细子龙生根率最大的因子是浸泡时间,而不是激素种类;激素种类及激素浓度显著(P<0.05)影响细子龙扦插愈伤率且激素种类影响力大于激素浓度;用浓度为500mg/L的IBA溶液处理10min细子龙扦插生根率最高为62.22%。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the effects of different hormones on the rooting of cutting of Amesiodendron chinense, and to increase the rooting rate by finding out suitable rooting methods. We explored the effects of 3 factors including hormone type, hormone concentration, and soaking time respectively on the rooting rate and healing rate by using the mature mother plant of A. chinense as the testing material. The results showed that: all the 3 factors (hormone type, hormone concentration, and soaking time) had significant impacts (P<0.05) on the cutting rooting rate and healing rate of A. chinense; the most significant factor was soaking time, not hormone type; hormone type and hormone concentration had impact on the healing rate of A. chinense and the impact of hormone type was greater than that of concentration; the rooting rate could reach to 62.22% when A. chinense were treated with IBA solution of 500 mg/L for 10 min.
