宁夏枸杞在柴达木高寒地区的适应性及气象因子的关系研究

Lycium barbarum L.: The Adaptability in Qaidam Alpine Area and the Relationships with Meteorological Factors

摘要: 选择柴达木高寒地区的1300m2的宁夏枸杞种植地,连续观测3年的发育期、产量因素和产量结构,结合当地气象资料,探究宁夏枸杞在高寒地区的适应性。结果表明:柴达木高寒地区宁夏枸杞发育时间为181 d,平均产量为426.52g/m2,产量结构为老眼枝果>夏果>秋果。柴达木地区宁夏枸杞产量与气象因子的Pearson相关显示:局域环境中枸杞产量与各气象因子的关系均不显著(p>0.05),推测枸杞产量可能取决于灌溉。综合表明宁夏枸杞在柴达木高寒地区的适应性较好,但需要合理经营管理。本研究为宁夏枸杞在高寒地区的适应性研究提供了较好的基础。

Abstract: Studying the adaptability of Lycium barbarum L. in alpine areas has an important economic and practical value to its popularization and application. We selected the 1300 m2 planting site of Lycium barbarum L. in Qaidam alpine area, based on 3 years’continuous observation of the development period, yield factors and yield structure of Lycium barbarum L., to study the adaptability of Lycium barbarum L. in alpine area in combination with local meteorological data. The results showed that: the development time of Lycium barbarum L. in Qaidam alpine area was 181 days with an average yield of 426.52 g/m2, and the yield structure was: old eye fruit>summer fruit>autumn fruit; Pearson correlation showed that the yield of Lycium barbarum L. had no significant correlation with meteorological factors (P>0.05), suggesting that the yield was mainly driven by irrigation. Therefore, Lycium barbarum L. has a good adaptability in Qaidam alpine area and the production needs reasonable management.
