饲料型刺槐微体快繁技术研究

摘要: 以从韩国引进的四倍体饲料型刺槐为材料,研究了添加在培养基中不同激素组成、浓度、培养条件等因素对其增殖快繁、生根、移栽的影响。结果表明:MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L、蔗糖30g/L,培养温度25--27℃,光强1500LX左右,每天光照12h,对嫩梢增殖最有利。1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L,蔗糖20g/L,温度25-27℃,光强2500LX,光照12h,培养20d,生根率可达81%。

Abstract: Using four times the sizes of fodder-type locust ingredients of hormone.consistency.culture conditions and other factors that were put into the culture medium,that had various effects on multiplication,quick brreed.striking root and transplant. The results showed that MS+6-BA0.5mg+NAA0.05mg/L.cane sugar 30g/L.culture temperature 25-27℃.light intensity 1500Lx or so.sunshine time 12 hours per day-all of these were of greatest advantage to the multiplication of tender sprout.1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L.cane sugar 20g/L.temperature 25-27℃.light in tensity 2500Lx.sunshine time 12h .culture 20d , its rate of striking root might reach 81%.
