摘要： 植物激素是影响康乃馨芽增殖和玻璃化的一个重要因素，为了研究不同激素配比对其影响，以腋芽为外植体，设计了一组正交试验。结果表明，在BA、NAA和KT中，BA对芽增殖和玻璃化均起决定作用，NAA次之，KT对芽增殖作用不大，对芽玻璃化作用最小。康乃馨增殖芽数不仅与BA的浓度有关，还与BA与NAA的比值有关。通过实验已筛选出适宜的康乃馨初代和继代培养基配方。

Abstract: Hormone is a critical factor that affects the multiplication and vitrification of carnation shoots.In our expriment ,orthogonal test L9(34) was applied to study the effect of hormones BA、NAA、KT conbination on the multiplication ,and carnation shoots were used as explants. The results showed that BA was the determinate factor for multiplication and vitrification of carnation shoots, and NAA was followed, KT had no positive effect on multiplication of carnation shoots, but the least effect on vitrification. The multiplication of carnation shoots was not only related to the concentration of BA, but to the ration of BA and NAA.The medium for the shoot differentiation and subculture were optimized.
