装箱密度对片烟醇化质量的影响

Effect of Packing Density on the Alcoholisation Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Strips

摘要:

为进一步提升贮存片烟醇化质量,为片烟醇化科学管理提供技术支撑,运用化学成分可用性综合评价方法,开展不同等级(B3F、C3F)装箱密度(100、150、200 kg/0.593 m3)对片烟醇化质量的影响研究。结果表明:无论是上部还是中部等级片烟,装箱密度为100 kg/0.593 m3时,片烟水分含量波动最大;不同等级装箱密度的片烟主要化学成分可用性均表现为150 kg/0.593 m3处理更好;感官质量随醇化时间呈抛物线变化趋势,适宜醇化期内片烟样品的感官质量评吸总分表现为150 kg/0.593 m3>100 kg/0.593 m3>200 kg/0.593 m3。综上,片烟在150 kg/0.593 m3的装箱密度时综合质量相对最优。

Abstract:

The paper aims to further improve the quality of stored tobacco aging, and to provide technical support for the scientific management of aging tobacco. The effects of different packing densities (100, 150 and 200 kg/0.593 m3) on the chemical composition, usability, and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco lamina were investigated to improve the alcoholization efficiency and rate of tobacco lamina during storage life by comprehensive evaluation method of chemical composition usability. The results showed that for both the tobacco grades (B3F and C3F), the moisture content of tobacco lamina samples with the packing density of 100 kg/0.593 m3fluctuated most dynamically with time. The usability of main chemical components in tobacco lamina samples was relatively high when the packing density was 150 kg/0.593 m3. In all cases, the sensory quality of tobacco lamina samples changed in a parabolic trend as the duration of alcoholization increased. The total sensory quality scores obtained within an appropriate alcoholization period were ranked in the order: 150 kg/0.593 m3>100 kg/0.593 m3> 200 kg/0.593 m3. In conclusion, the overall quality of tobacco lamina is optimal after alcoholization with a packing density of 150 kg/0.593 m3.
