不同生育期遮光对水稻籽粒直链淀粉及蛋白质含量的影响

摘要: 研究了生育前期与生育后期遮光50%(插秧至幼穗分化期、抽穗至成熟期)对水稻籽粒直链淀粉及蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,遮光处理的籽粒直链淀粉有着与对照相似的积累规律,而且均可以用二次曲线回归方程进行拟合。前期遮光有利于籽粒中直链淀粉的积累,提高了籽粒直链淀粉含量;后期遮光则与之相反。前期遮光不利于籽粒中蛋白质的积累,降低了籽粒蛋白质含量;而后期遮光则相反。

Abstract: Effects of 50% shading at early and late stages (from transplanting to initial period of young spike, from heading date to maturity date) on amylose and protein contents in rice grain was investigated. The results were as follows: Amylose accumulation law in rice grain under shading treatment was similar to that of control, and the law could be simulated by square curve equation. Shading at the early stage was favorable to amylose accumulation and enhanced amylose content in grain, which was contrary to the influence of shading at the late stage. Shading at the early stage disadvantaged the accumulation of protein and decreased protein content in grain, while shading at the late stage had contrary effect.
