一种绞股蓝根结线虫的研究初报

A Preliminary Study on Root Knot Nematode of Gynostemma pentaphyllum

摘要:

调查陕西安康地区绞股蓝根结线虫的发生情况及危害种类,揭示绞股蓝连作与根结线虫的关系,旨在为绞股蓝根结线虫防治提供理论依据。对安康主产区6个调查点的绞股蓝根结线虫病进行取样调查,并采用形态学观察及rDNA-ITS序列分析方法进行分离鉴定。结果表明,在安康市绞股蓝主产区均发现了不同程度的根结线虫危害,严重的地块发病率高达75.4%,且发病情况随种植年限的延长和海拔的降低而逐渐加重。通过分离鉴定,确定了发生在安康地区绞股蓝上的根结线虫为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)。目前未见绞股蓝上发现根结线虫危害的报道,这是首次报道陕西省安康地区绞股蓝上发生根结线虫,为进一步分析绞股蓝根结线虫种群及该病的防治研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the occurrence and harmful species of Gynostemma pentaphyllum root knot nematode in Ankang of Shaanxi Province, reveal the relationship between G. pentaphyllum continuous cropping and root knot nematode, and provide a theoretical basis for the control of G. pentaphyllum root knot nematode, in this experiment, G. pentaphyllum root knot nematode disease from 6 investigation sites in Ankang main producing areas was sampled and studied, and the isolation and identification were conducted by morphological observation and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that the root knot nematode damage was found in the main producing areas of G. pentaphyllum in Ankang, and the incidence rate in the seriously damaged plots was as high as 75.4%. Through isolation and identification, it was determined that the root knot nematode occurring on G. pentaphyllum in Ankang was Meloidogyne incognita, and the incidence increased gradually with the extension of planting years and the decrease of altitude. This is the first report of M. incognita on G. pentaphyllum in Ankang of Shaanxi Province, which could lay a foundation for further analysis of G. pentaphyllum root knot nematode population and control of the disease.
