Abstract: The science & technology ability in county is one of the important factors for the development of the county economy and the realization of comparatively well-off. The purpose of this study is to construct the county science & technology ability and change the backward and obturated living way. The science & technology ability in county, transform ability of science & technology, demand level of science & technology and service level of science & technology were studied by first-hand investigation. The problems of science & technology ability in county were analyzed, then some advices were offered in the paper.
