Effects of Culture Density on Growth of Penaeusvannamei and Water Quality in Biofloc Model

摘要:

为探索在生物絮团养殖模式下,不同养殖密度对南美白对虾生长和水质情况的影响,实验选用平均体重0.08 g,体长18 mm的南美白对虾,养殖密度分别为A组280尾/m2、B组340尾/m2、C组400尾/m2,每个密度进行使用2个平行对比实验,实验周期50 d。结果表明:A组为适宜密度,其养殖终末平均体重4.16 g、体长79.6 mm,成活率88.95%,饲料系数1.1,均优于B组和C组。试验期间养殖水体水质情况也优于较高密度的B组和C组。研究表明:可以将280尾/m2的养殖密度作为养殖投放参考。

Abstract:

In order to explore the effect of different densities on the growth of Penaeusvannamei and water quality under the biofloc culture mode, Penaeusvannamei with an average weight of 0.08 g and body length of 18 mm were selected for the experiment. The culture density was 280 tails/m2 in group A, 340 tails/m2 in group B, and 400 tails/m2 in group C. Two parallel comparative experiments were conducted for each density, and the experimental period was 50 days. The results showed that group A was the appropriate density, with an average body weight of 4.16 g, body length of 79.6 mm, survival rate of 88.95% and feed coefficient of 1.1, which were better than those of group B and group C. During the test, the quality of aquaculture water was also better than that of group B and group C with higher density. The breeding density of 280 tails/m2can be used as a reference for breeding.
