DSV型小麦雄性不育系特性的初步研究

摘要: 研究了一种新型小麦雄性不育系(DSV型雄性不育),其主茎穗可以结实,分蘖穗不结实。该不育系与普通小麦品种杂交,其F1代具有较高的恢复性,此不育系的不育性与温光并无太大关系。经初步观察,在减数分裂过程中,发现有染色体桥与落后等结构变异现象。由此表明,该雄性不育系的不育性与染色体结构变异有关。

Abstract: The author recommends a kind of new-type wheat male sterility line (the male sterility of Model DSV), which can seed in main stem, but cannot in tiller. When the mail sterile plant crossed with common wheat, the fertility of offspring showed higher recovery. During the period of meiosis, through observing tentatively, chromosome bridge and structure of lag etc were found. Therefore, that means the male sterility is related to structure of chromosome change.
