低钾胁迫对不同钾效率苎麻基因型根系发育 及纤维产量品质的影响

摘要: :以2个钾营养高效基因型苎麻和2个低效基因型为试验材料,研究了低钾胁迫对不同基因型苎麻根系生长、纤维产量和品质的影响。结果表明,低钾胁迫下,苎麻生物量减少,植株显著矮化,根系生长受抑,根系吸收面积和阳离子交换量减小。但高效基因型苎麻低钾胁迫下仍具有较强的生长势(相对根系干重、相对细根干重、相对根系总吸收面积、相对根系活跃吸收面积较大),其纤维产量所受影响程度小于低效基因型(相对产量较高),有效降低了低钾胁迫对纤维品质所引致的负面影响。

Abstract: Four ramie genotypes (Boehmeria nivea L.) were used in this study, two of them were high efficiency while the other two were low. Pot experiment and laboratory analysis were conducted. We investigated root growth characteristics, fiber yield and quality for different potassium efficiency ramie genotypes under lower potassium stress, and founded that the lower potassium stress led to decrease in shoot biomass, hindered root growth, decreased root absorption surface area and cation exchange capacity. Under lower potassium stress, the high efficiency ramie genotypes had higher growth potential (higher relative root dry weight, relative rootlet dry weight, relative root total and active absorb surface area), and higher relative fiber yield, decreased the negative effect of lower potassium stress on fiber quality validly.
