几种樱桃番茄种子萌发期的耐盐性研究

摘要: 用皿内培养法,研究了NaCl胁迫下几种樱桃番茄的种子萌发和幼苗生长特性,以期为樱桃番茄的耐盐栽培奠定基础。结果表明:(1)随着NaCl浓度的增大,种子萌发的整齐度下降,萌发率明显降低,发芽受损率明显增加,出苗率明显降低;(2)随着NaCl浓度的增大,幼苗生长受到的胁迫越明显,不同材料间差异较大,黄珍珠最敏感,台湾圣女次之,樱桃红受到的影响最小;(3)随着NaCl浓度的增大,发芽指数和活力指数都明显下降,不同材料间差异较大。发芽指数和活力指数的变化均表现为,黄珍珠>台湾圣女>樱桃红。

Abstract: In this experiment,the character of seed germination and seedling growth of several cherry tomatoes under salanity stress was studied by petri dish culturing.in an attempt to provide detail informations for culture in sanility stress . The results showed:(1)With the increase of NaCl concertration ,the germination regularity and the rate of germination and seedling emergance were significantly decreased .The germination losing rate were significantly increased. (2) With the increase of NaCl concertration ,the seedling growth was significantly inhibited.The difference among different materials was great,Huangzhenzhu was the most sensitive , the next was Taiwanshengnv,the last was Yingtaohong. (3) With the increase of NaCl concertration ,the germination index(GI) and vigor index (VI) were significantly reduced, the change of GI and VI was Huangzhenzhu> Taiwanshengnv> Yingtaohong.
