Abstract: Due to macroscopical adjustment of agricultural policy, industrial structure of regional agriculture have changed much. Then transfer of farmland develop into a new stage. Based on interviews and questionnaire in two villages in Baoying County of Jiangsu Province, we model farmland transfer direction and compare it with that in 2000. The result is that impact of net income of agriculture and incomes except it on farmland transfer have varied obviously. The major transfer direction have changed from outflow into inflow. At the same time, areas per one and educational level also varied. All of these indicated increase of economical level and maturity of agricultural market in Baoying. And we analyze the change of farmland transfer after regional industrial structure, and then give some suggestions in order to progress agricultural markets.
