摘要: 阐述了绿色食品的概念和特征,分析了湖南发展绿色食品的必要性,总结了湖南绿色食品发展的现状。提出要把绿色食品产业当作一项“绿色革命”性工程来抓,从“科学统筹规划,制订目标任务;突出发展重点,打造知名品牌;加强基地建设,规范操作规程;组织专题研究,推广先进技术;建立专业网站,及时传播信息;创新管理体系,保障产销顺畅”等6个方面探讨了湖南绿色食品产业发展的对策。

关键词: 水稻, 水稻, 播种粒数, 产量构成因素

Abstract: The concept and characteristics of green food, the necessity of developing the green food in Hunan, and the statue quo of Hunan's green food development were discussed in the paper. It suggests that the green food industry should be regarded as a green revolutionary project to be developed, and the strategy for developing Hunan's green food industry should be studied and practiced in such six aspects as scientifically making overall plans and working out target tasks, developing key project and setting up famous brands, promoting industrial face construction and standardizing operation regulations, organizing researches on special subjects and spreading advanced techniques, building professional websites and timely broadcasting information, and innovating upon management system and ensuring successful production and marketing.
