水稻不同品种糙米含钙量的差异

摘要: 采用盆栽土培法,研究了5个类型共89个水稻品种糙米含钙量的差异。结果表明,不同类型品种糙米含钙量差异显著。89个水稻品种糙米含钙量变化范围为44.5~245.5mg/kg。5种类型水稻糙米含钙量由高到低依次为:常规粳稻、杂交晚籼、常规晚籼、常规早籼、常规中籼。

Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted to investigate calcium (Ca) content in brown rices of 89 rice cultivars of 5 genotypes. Results show that the tested rice cultivars differed sharply between genotypes and vary from 44.5~245.5mg/kgin Ca accumulation. In terms of Ca content in brown rice, the 5 genotypes of rice are in the order of conventional late Japonica rice>hybrid late Indianica rice>conventional late Indianica rice>conventional early Indianica rice>conventional medium Japonica rice.
