动物源食品中氯霉素残留速测金标试纸条的研制

摘要: 应用杂交瘤技术制备了抗氯霉素单克隆抗体,并根据竞争式胶体金免疫层析试验原理,研制了氯霉素检测免疫试纸条。研究结果表明,该单克隆抗体对氯霉素的亲合性好,特异性高;该金标试纸条适用于动物源食品中氯霉素残留的快速检测,对虾肉、蜂蜜样品的最低检出限为1.5μg/kg,对鲜奶的最低检出限为3μg/kg,检测时间只需5-8min。

Abstract: Monoclonal antibody (McAb) against Chloramphenicol (CAP) was prepared by means of hybridoma technique, and an immunostrip for the determination of CAP was developed based on competitive colloidal-gold immunochromatographic assay. Results of the study indicated that the McAb had good affinity and high specificity to CAP. The gold-labeled immunostrip, was suitable for rapid detection of CAP residues in food of animal origin, with the detection limit 1.5μg/kg in shrimp or honey and 3μg/kg in milk, respectively, and the test time was only 5-8 min.
