摘要： 大学生创业基地是大学生创业理论联系实践的重要环节，是沟通学生、学校和社会的桥梁。本文通过对凤阳县大学生创业基地的实证研究，介绍了创业基地的形成、发展，分析了创业基地存在的问题，并尝试提出相应的解决对策，以促进相关深入研究。

Abstract: The students entrepreneurial base is an important joint of the theory with practice, which is also a bridge to link the students, school and the social. Through the research of the students entrepreneurial base in FengYang, the formation and the development of the students entrepreneurial base were introduced. In view of the analysis the solution of he existing problems and its reasons. Further introduced measures to address those problems thinking.
