宜优99生物学特性及产量构成因素研究初报

摘要: 【研究目的】明确杂交稻新组合宜优99的生物学特性,为该组合的生产应用提供理论依据。 【方法】对宜优99参加福建省区域试验、生产试验以及多点示范的数据进行统计处理,分析其生物学特性,提出该组合的高产栽培技术。【结果】两年的区域试验表明,宜优99表现产量高、品质优、适应性较广。相关、通径分析结果表明,单位面积有效穗、穗总粒数对产量的直接贡献都较大,但与产量相关不显著,结实率对产量直接贡献也较大,且与产量成显著的正相关,千粒重对产量的直接贡献较小,与产量相关也不显著。【结论】宜优99高产栽培策略是在合理密植的基础上,主攻结实率和穗总粒数,努力创建理想的高产群体,协调穗粒结构。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】The research was made in order to determine the biological characteristic and cultivation techniques of hybrid rice Yiyou 99. 【METHOD】The data of regional trial, production experiment and multiple-point demonstrations of Yiyou 99 in fujian province were analyzed, the biological characteristics were analysed and high-yield cultivation techniques was put forward.【RESULTS】The results of regional trials by two years showed that Yiyou 99 had high-yield、good-quality and high-adaptability. The analysis of correlation and path showed that the effective panicle per area and grain number per panicle had a greater effect on rice yield, but they had indistinctive correlation with yield. seedset also had a greater effect on rice yield,and had apparent postive correlation with yield, 1000-grain weight had a smaller effect on rice yield,and had indistinctive correlation with yield. 【CONCLUSION】Based on suitable rice density,Cultivation strategy for high yield should be taken to accelerate seedset and grain number per panicle, and establish perfect high-yield colony to coordinate ear-kemel structure.
