崇明山药品种筛选及其安全生产技术研究

Research on the Variety Screening and Safety Production Technology of Chongming Yam

摘要: 通过对崇明山药品种的筛选、化肥和病虫防治等关键系统技术的应用,基本明确了能适应本地区生产的品质佳、产量高的山药品种及其安全生产技术。崇明山药安全生产技术研究结果表明:安全生产标准化示范区较常规示范区,每667㎡产量从2197㎏提高到3081㎏,提高40.24%,采用杀虫灯和高效低毒低残留农药的合理使用来控制地下害虫的发生,地下害虫的防治效果从43.6%提高到94%,产品的为害率从95.6%下降至1.6%。制订了一套崇明山药无公害标准化生产技术操作规程。经示范试验135.3 hm2,每667㎡山药平均产量由 2565㎏提高到3087㎏,可增加经济效益1058元,135.3hm2山药可增经济效益214.7万元。

Abstract: Through the variety screening of Chongming yam, applications of fertilizers and diseases and pests control and other critical systems technology, the yam variety with good quality and high yield which adapts to the production in local area and its safety production technology have fundamentally identified. The results of safety production technology of Chongming yam showed that: compared with the conventional demonstration area, in the safety production standardization demonstration area, the yield per 667㎡ increased from 2197 kg to 3081 kg and increased by 40.24%, moreover by using insecticide lamps and rational use of pesticides with highly active and low mammalian toxicity and low residue, the control effects to underground pests increased from 43.6% to 94%, and the damage rate of product decreased from 95.6 % to 1.6 %. A set of operating rules of pollution-free standardization production techniques of Chongming yam was formulated. The 135.3 hm2 demonstration trials showed that the average yield of yam per 667 m2 increased from 2565 kg to 3087 kg, can increase the economic benefit 1058 yuan, and can increase economic benefit 214.7 million yuan in 135.3hm2.
