真菌F2的解磷能力及其生长动态研究

摘要: 实验分别采用以Ca3(PO4)2和卵磷脂为唯一磷源的液体培养基接种真菌(F2)在25℃,180r/min条件下振荡培养132h,在不同时间取样测定培养液的pH值、速效磷含量、菌丝体重和真菌所吸收的磷含量。结果表明:随着培养时间的延长,培养液pH值逐渐降低,溶磷量逐渐增加,菌体重增加;菌株的溶磷量与pH值呈负相关,培养液的pH值与菌丝体重量存在负相关关系;F2解无机磷的能力要强于解有机磷的能力;F2菌株在摇床培养108h时,菌丝体重量达到最大值,其解磷效果也最佳。

Abstract: one Phosphate solubilizing fungi named F2 was cultured in shake flasks containing the media with Ca3 (PO4)2 or lecithin as the only P source for 132 hours, with the temperature is 25℃ and the shaking speed is 180r/min,in different time, determine the pH、the concentration of dissoluble phosphorous、the weight of mycelium and the absorbed concentration of phosphorous by F2.The results showed that with the cultured of fungi F2, the pH value of the liquid fermentation has dropped, the ability of dissolving phosphate has increased, the weight of mycelium has increased. The results showed that the concentration of dissoluble phosphorous was negatively correlated with pH; the pH was negatively correlated with the weight of mycelium;F2 was well in dissoluble abiophosphorous; after shaking 108h,F2 was mature ,then it’s good for dissoluble phosphorous.
