基于承包地确权成果的农作物种植结构调查

Investigation on Crop Planting Structure Based on the Results of Confirmation and Registration of the Right to Rural Land Contractual Management

摘要:

为快速、便捷获取农作物种植结构信息,选择山西省永济市开张镇作为研究区,基于农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证成果数据,采用访谈调查法获取研究区农作物种植结构,并通过实地验证对其精度进行检验。结果表明:(1)开张镇农作物面积8926.86 hm2,包括果树、小麦、玉米等11种作物,农作物以果树和小麦为主,涉及39012个承包地块、9595个农户。(2)农作物广泛分布在各村庄周边,全镇东北部农作物以果树为主,西北部和东南部农作物以果树和小麦为主,南部农作物以小麦为主。(3)开张镇农作物种植结构准确率为92.06%,高粱、棉花、中药材的精度均为100%;果树、小麦、其他作物的精度均在90%以上;其余农作物的准确率在80%以上。(4)与实地调查、逐级统计、遥感等方法相比,基于农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证成果,结合访谈调查来获取农作物种植结构信息,操作简单、成本低、精度高。研究成果可为研究区农作物种植结构调整和农业发展布局提供科学依据,研究方法有望成为未来获取农作物种植结构信息的重要方式。

Abstract:

To acquire the information of crop planting structure quickly and conveniently, the Kaizhang Town in the Yongji City of Shanxi Province was selected as the study area. Based on the results of confirmation and registration of the right to rural land contractual management, the information of crop planting structure in the study area was acquired by using the interview survey method. In addition, the accuracy of crop planting structure was tested by the field investigation method. Four conclusions of this research were list as follows. (1) The total area of crops in the Kaizhang Town was 8926.86 hm2. There were 11 crop types in the study area, and the major crops were fruit tree and wheat. The crops in the Kaizhang Town were referred to 39012 contract plots and 9595 peasant households. (2) The crop planting areas were distributed surrounding the villages. The fruit tree was mainly in the northeast of the town, and the wheat was mainly in the south of the town. As for the northwest and southeast of the town, the crops were mainly fruit tree and wheat. (3) The total accuracy of crop planting structure in Kaizhang Town was 92.06%, the accuracy of sorghum, cotton and Chinese medicinal crop was 100%, and the accuracy of fruit tree and wheat was above 90%. In addition, the accuracy of other crops was over 80%. (4) Compared to other methods, such as field investigation, step-by-step statistics, remote sensing, the method for acquiring the information of crop planting structure by using the results of confirmation and registration of the right to rural land contractual management in combination with the interview survey was of relatively simple operation, low cost and high accuracy, which could have a good application prospect. The conclusions from this research could not only provide a scientific basis for improving the crop planting structure in the study area, but also be helpful for planning the agricultural development. The method in this study will become a practical method for acquiring the information of crop planting structure in the future.
