摘要： 【目的】为克服产生ESBLs细菌的耐药性，指导临床合理用药。【方法】笔者对产生ESBLs的大肠杆菌，用PCR方法进行了扩增测序和基因型分析【结果】产生ESBLs细菌均扩增出了TEM型引物但都没有扩出SHV引物。【结论】国内猪鸡产ESBLs大肠杆菌目前还未通过质粒进行细菌间耐药基因的交换。

Abstract: 【Objective】In order to overcome drug resistance of the ESBLs producing bactera ，to instruct the veterinary drug,use in clinic。【Method】 Five Enterobacteriaceaes isolated from swine and chicken , tested for ESBL by double –disk methord, were studied ESBLs gene type with amplified by PCR .【Result】the ESBLs producing bactera amplified by PCR with TEM-type down-object while SHV-type down –object did not.【Conclusion】ESBLs producing Enterobacteriaceaes from swine and avian have not exchanged resistant gene through plasmid in china.
