牛膝光合作用日变化特征的研究

Study on Diurnal Variation of Photosynthesis Characteristics in Achyranthes bidentata

摘要: 试验研究了牛膝叶片净光合速率日变化及其与环境因子的相互关系。结果表明:牛膝净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,峰值出现在10:00和14:00,分别为7.07μmol/(m2•s), 6.87μmol/(m2•s),出现光合“午休”现象;牛膝蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在12:00,为2.9 mmol /(m2•s);牛膝气孔导度日变化呈轻微的双峰曲线,峰值分别出现在10:00,14:00,分别为0.049 mmol/( m2•s),0.045mmol/( m2•s);牛膝净光合速率与光合有效辐射、蒸腾速率、气孔导度之间呈正相关,与胞间CO2浓度和相对湿度呈负相关;牛膝出现光合“午休”现象是生态环境因子综合作用的结果。

Abstract: Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the leaves of Achyranthes bidentata and its mutual relationship with environmental factors were studied.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of A.bidentata presented a double-peak curve,with the peaks (7.07 and 6.87μmol/(m2•s) respectively) appearing at10:00 and 14:00. There appeared phenomenon of“photosynthesis midday depression”;The diurnal variation of transpiration rate presented a one-peak curve in the leaves of A. bidentata , and the peak of transpiration rate measured at 12:00 was 2.9 mmol /(m2•s);The diurnal variation of stomatal conductance presented a slight double-peak curve in the leaves of A. bidentata ,and the peaks of stomatal conductance measured at 10:00 and 14:00 were 0.049 mmol/( m2•s),0.045mmol/( m2•s);The positive relationship between net photosynthetic rates and PAR,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance of A. bidentata was significant, The negative relationship between net photosynthetic rates and intercellar CO2 concentration,relative humidity was significant;Eco-environmental factors combined influenced phenomenon of“photosynthesis midday depression”of A. bidentata.
