几种杀菌剂防治温室黄瓜根腐病的效果

Effect of Fungicides Control Cucumber Root Rot in the Solar Greenhouse

摘要: 采用菌丝生长速率测定法,测定了25%奥宁、70%代森锰锌、55%敌克松3种药剂对陕西温室黄瓜根腐病陕北菌株和关中菌株的毒力,并进行了土壤药剂处理及灌根田间药效试验。结果表明,参试的3种药剂对关中和陕北两种菌株的菌丝生长均具有明显的抑制作用,25%奥宁可湿性粉剂抑菌效果最好,55%敌克松可湿性粉剂效果次之,70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂抑菌效果最差。对关中菌株EC50分别为0.3754、219.5887、105.5966,对陕北菌株依次0.2771、160.5462、89.5241。药剂处理土壤田间经济有效的用量均分别为200g、2000g、2000g。药剂灌根防治效果均不明显,生产上不宜推广应用。

Abstract: Three fungicides (25% AONING, 70% Mancozeb, 55% sodiump (dimethylamino) benzenediazo sulfonate) toxicity on cucumber root rot were tested by hypha growth speed of Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong region solar greenhouse, carry out fungicides treatment soil and irrigate root experiment .The result showed that three fungicides have obviously repress function on hypha growth in two pathogens. The best effect was 25% AONING WP, the followed was 55% sodiump (dimethylamino) benzenediazosulfonate WP, the worst is 70% Mancozeb WP. Guanzhong Region Pathogens EC50 separately was 0.3754, 219.5887, 105.5966. Northern Shaanxi Pathogens EC50 separately were 0.2771, 160.5462, 89.5241. Economics effective amount used in the field is 200g, 2000g, 2000g. The result of irrigate root are not remarkable, and not suitable promoted in the production.
