球孢白僵菌胞外蛋白酶及几丁质酶的研究进展

摘要： 摘要：昆虫病原真菌白僵菌由体表入侵寄主时，分泌蛋白酶、几丁质酶等来分解昆虫体表皮，以完成侵染过程，对致死寄主有相当重要的辅助作用。笔者综述了近年来球孢白僵菌蛋白酶、几丁质酶的研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: The penetration of entomopathogenic fungi Beauveria Bassiana to host’s cuticle is one of the key steps in infection. During this step, insect pathogenic fungi secreted several hydrolases, including proteases, chitinases and et al., which degraded host’s cuticle and helped fungi to penetrate cuticle. In this paper, we reviewed advances in the research of Extraeellular Protease and Chitinase of Beauveria bassiana.
