摘要: 摘要:采用Excel工作表及Origin7.0统计分析软件对基于绿叶面积玉米叶片保绿度开花后衰减特性进行了初步研究,结果表明:玉米开花后叶片保绿度衰减符合方程y=aeb-cx/(1+eb-cx);不同基因型玉米叶片保绿度衰减启动时间、最大衰减速率和最大衰减速率出现时间等衰减特性差异较大;即使相同基因型在不同环境条件下叶片衰减特性也不尽相同。采用y=aeb-cx/(1+eb-cx)模拟方程能比较全面揭示叶片保绿度的动态变化过程。

Abstract: The primary studies on reducing characteristics of leaf stay-green based on leaf area after flowering in maize ZHAO Yan-ming ZHANG Hai-yan (College of Agriculture and Plant Safeguard, Qingdao Agricultural University, Qingdao, 266109, China) Abstract: Excel worksheet and Origin 7.0 statistical analysis software were applied to analyze the reducing characteristics of leaf stay-green based on leaf area after flowering in maize.The results indicated that the reducing characteristics of leaf stay-green after flowering in maize were fit the equation: y=aeb-cx/(1+eb-cx). There were significant differences among the day that plant began to senescence(Ts)、the maximum reducing rate of leaf stay-green(Vmax)、the time of the maximun reducing rate(TVmax) in different maize genotypes. The reducing characteristics of the same genotype were also different under different environments. Dynamic changes of leaf stay-green were thoroughly indicated by the equation y=aeb-cx/(1+eb-cx).
