拮抗放线菌111A202的种类鉴定及其16S rDNA序列分析

摘要: 对分离自新疆棉花地土壤的一株拮抗放线菌菌株111A202进行了形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征、细胞壁组分分析及16S rDNA序列分析。结果表明该菌基内菌丝无横隔、不断裂, 气生菌丝分枝、孢子丝波曲,孢子椭圆形,表面光滑。细胞壁化学组分Ⅰ型。以16S rDNA序列为基础构建了包括7株相关种属菌在内的系统发育树, 111A202与变铅青链霉菌(Streptomyces lividans)、微白黄链霉菌(S. albidoflavus)的16S rDNA序列的相似性达到99.5%和99.6%。根据以上多相分类结果,放线菌111A202的形态培养特征及其细胞组分与链霉菌一致,且与微白黄链霉菌近似性很高,因此,可以将放线菌111A202定名为微白黄链霉菌111A202(S. albidoflavus 111A202)。

Abstract: An antagonistic actinomycete named 111A202 was isolated from the cotton field in Xinjiang Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Its morphology, physiological and biochemical properties, cellwall pattern were characterized. The 16S rRNA gene of strain 111A202 was sequenced and analyzed for similarities to related bacterial species. Results showed that strain 111A202 is a member of the Genus Streptomyces, and the strain was named (S. albidoflavus 111A202).
