摘要： 随着全球环境形势的日益严峻和人类环保意识的不断增强，生物多样性在环境保护方面所发挥的重要作用受到了越来越多的关注，生物多样性保护工作在全球范围内展开。作者在充分了解山东省潍坊市的地理气候条件、经济发展状况、生物多样性现状的基础上，依据生物多样性保护相关法律法规，主持和参与了该市生物多样性保护规划的编制，本文对该项生物多样性保护规划进行了介绍。

Abstract: As the global environmentanl situation has become gradually worse and human being’s sense of environment protection has been strengthened, the significant function of biodiversity in aspect of environmental protection receives more and more concern, the protecting work of biodiversity has been carried out in global scope. The author based on the geographic and climatic conditions, economic development state as well as the current situation of biodiversity in Weifang, Shandong, works out a kind of protecting program for biodiversity, following the relevant laws and regulations in the field. This thesis carries out the full-scale systematic introduction to this protecting program for biodiversity.
