摘要： 摘 要：如何提高中等农业院校体育课教学质量，提高教学过程的实效性是体育工作者长期以来致力研究、探讨和努力解决的问题。新课程改革对体育教学提出了新的要求。从两方面阐述体育课教学质量的实效性，一方面理性地评价一节体育课。另一方面，根据多年的教学实践，论述具体实施过程，确保课程质量和有效性。

Abstract: Abstract: Improving teaching quality of physical education course in agriculture technical secondary school, and enhancing actual effect of the teaching process is the research item of physical education teaching staff. New course innovation bring forward advanced requirement to physical education course. The teaching actual effect evaluation from two aspects, evaluating a physical education course reasoningly. The content of standard of the good course. In order to insure the quality and validity of the physical education course, according to teaching experience, discuss the implement process.
