家蚕抗菌肽的诱导及其抑菌作用研究

Studies on Antibacterial Peptides Induced from Silkworm and Their Bacteriostasis

摘要:

家蚕抗菌肽是存在于家蚕及蚕蛹的血淋巴内具有抗菌活性的多肽物质,在家蚕的天然免疫中起到至关重要的作用。采用不同剂量的γ-射线照射家蚕、对家蚕进行饥饿、电击和注射大肠杆菌等诱导处理后,提取家蚕抗菌肽,测定其抑菌效果。结果表明:以上的处理均能有效诱导抗菌物质的产生,其中饥饿法处理的家蚕产生抗菌肽的抑菌活性最强。本试验利用家蚕生产抗菌肽为家蚕的综合利用提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:

The silkworms were treated by γ-irradiation of different doses、starvation and electric shock,the antibacterial peptides were isolated to detect its antibacterial activities by inhibition zone. The results showed that the antibacterial substance could be induced by all treatments above. Inhibiting activity by screening of inhibition zone showed that the inhibiting activity of starvation was the best. The experiment of antibacterial peptides produced from silkworms provided a new approach of its comprehensive utilization.
