摘要:本文运用一种研究产业集群竞争力的量化分析工具——GEM模型,结合黑龙江省肉牛产业集群特点,对资源、设施、供应商与相关企业、厂商结构与战略、本地和外地市场六个影响竞争力因素进行分析,并利用AHP法对其进行指标定量化处理,科学构建黑龙江省肉牛产业集群竞争力评价指标体系。本文在客观评价黑龙江省肉牛产业集群竞争力基础上,找到制约进一步发展的瓶颈因素,分析肉牛产业集群发展不足的同时,从“基础”,“企业”,“市场”方面给出了提升黑龙江省肉牛产业集群竞争力的对策建议。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper studied the use of quantitative analysis tool-GEM model, which is used to research evaluation of cluster competitiveness, combined with characteristics of beef industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, analyzed the factors which affect the competitiveness: facilities, suppliers and related companies, firms and strategies, local and foreign markets, then used method of AHP to quantify them, constructed scientifically the index system of evaluation on the beef industry cluster competitiveness of Heilongjiang province. Therefore, based on the objective evaluation on the beef industrial cluster competitiveness of Heilongjiang province, this paper found bottleneck factors for further development. Analyzing the insufficiency of the beef industry cluster development, meanwhile, from three aspects, "basic", "enterprise," "markets", provided countermeasures and proposals, which will enhance the competitiveness of beef industry cluster in
